On the other hand some people or organization doing commercial business of surrogacy by bringing the women from the country side where they are not known about what is the is the surrogacy. They simply paid being mother of some one. They are being the birth giving machine.
Recently The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an order to the government to formulate surrogacy laws, stating that surrogacy cannot be practiced for a commercial purpose. A full bench of Chief Justice Sushila Karki and Justice Govinda Kumar Upadhyaya has finally ordered the government to form the surrogacy law. They also asked the government to work on various issues that can be incorporated while forming surrogacy law.
