Skin is the outer layer of human body and protective barrier of internal organs from environment and outside world. It is living organ. The outer layer of epidermis skin which is made up of dead cells and shades about 30,000 of these cells every minute. Though live skin constantly replace by producing lower part of the epidermis.

There are another parts remain below the epidermis called dermis, which contain blood vessels,nerves, and other glands. An insulator remain under the dermis called fats ,that store the energy and help skin to remain softer.

Skin play crucial role on human beauty; so knowing of keeping better skin condition is important here.

DRY SKIN AND CARE

One of the challenging task is to care the skin forever ,for that we should know the affecting factor of skin. Some experts suggest that it would be better to protect the skin from dry ,dust, smoke and too hot and cold.  Usually when Sebaceous gland could not produced necessary fats,skin goes dry.

Here are some basic tips to protect skin from being dry.

1 Be away from the dust, smoke and wind .

2  Do not keep the skin too cold and to hot. Both of them is not good for any  skin.

3 Always eat the healthy food,including food containing vitamins, mineral,green vegetables and other   seasonal fruits.

4 Use moisturizer cream to soften your skin,that avoid dryness as well.

5 If your skin is too dry, apply the coconut oil in bed time and massage  for awhile.

6 drink sufficient fluid that need for our body. It is recommended that at least 1600 mls of fluid need for our health with in 24 hours.

7 protect skin from direct sun rays. It is better to apply sun block cream when you go out.

8 Skip long hot showers. Hot water strips oil from the skin faster than warm water
