An wild elephant killed woman in Jhapa. It is reported that a woman age of 41 named Palmaya Limbu inhabitant of Bhadrapur Municipality, ward no 2 of Jhapa district had been going to a nearby jungle to collect the firewood. 
 
Another girl a school student Sharmila Limbu age of 12 condition is unknown while she was also went to the jungle as the accompany of Palmaya still missing. 
 
 As police officer of Eastern Region informed that the security personnel have been searching for the missing girls

An amazing dancer Teriya Fouja Magar from Rudrapur, Rupandehi district, Nepal, who won the DID little Master dance competition on 21 June 2014 from India,who is participating on the another India most popular  dance competition  jhalak dikhla ja broadcaster on Colors Television. This is her wild card entry on Jhalk Dikhhla ja Season 9. 
 
In the same time the competition is not on the hand of judge themselves  rather keep importance with audience response and their vote from the world to win this. So she is requesting with all the audience to vote and support her as much as possible. 
 
Her mind blowing performance on DID Little Master Made her popular and attracted many people from aboard vastly. She has perform  her talent  since she got the title in the world . 
Recently she is performing on another India best dance competition "jhalak dikhla ja" and doing her final competition for the title as well. So she is expecting and kindly requesting for all Nepali people for help. 
 
As we know she need our vote to grasp the medal or title of jhalak dikhla ja.

Our daily food that we eat determine our health condition. So to be  healthy food  we should consume food that contain  fat , carbohydrates, and protein in right amount. 
 
In our body , protein help to build and repair the tissue. Not only that it make enzymes,hormones including our bone ,muscles ,blood and other chemicals. It is macro nutrient that we need to stay healthy like other component fat and carbohydrates. 
 
It is notable that our body does store fat and carbohydrates but does not store protein .That's why each day we should ensure right amount of protein in each meal. In the same time large amount of protein is not good for health as it is converted in to fat in our body may causes the problem of obesity. 
 
Protein we get from various sources that including meat, milk , cheese and other fish,egg , vegetables, fruit,nuts, butter and so on. Bu consuming protein based food , our body gets amino acidsthat human body needs. 
 
It is good to know how much of protein needs for the good health according to  our weight and age. Generally about 56 grams of protein need for man and 46 grams of women every day. 
 
 If you want to calculate it by weight , you can multiply your average weight   by 5 and that amount of grams should be idle protein you should take. 
 
For example your weight is about 90 pounds would aim to take about 45 grams of protein each day.
