Skin is the outer layer of human body and protective barrier of internal organs from environment and outside world. It is living organ. The outer layer of <i>epidermis </i>skin which is made up of dead cells and shades about 30,000 of these cells every minute. Though live skin constantly replace by producing lower part of the epidermis.<br />

One of the challenging task is to care the skin forever ,for that we should know the affecting factor of skin. Some experts suggest that it would be better to protect the skin from dry ,dust, smoke and too hot and cold.  Usually when Sebaceous gland<span style="color: #222222; font-family: "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: x-large;"><span style="background-color: white;"> </span></span>could not produced necessary fats,skin goes dry.</div>

Here are some basic tips to protect skin from being dry.<br />

1 Be away from the dust, smoke and wind .<br />
<br />
2  Do not keep the skin too cold and to hot. Both of them is not good for any  skin.<br />

3 Always eat the healthy food,including food containing <i>vitamins, mineral,green vegetables and other   seasonal fruits.</i><br />
<br />
4 Use <i>moisturizer</i> cream to soften your skin,that avoid dryness as well.<br />
<br />
5 If your skin is too dry, apply the coconut oil in bed time and massage  for awhile.<br />
<br />
6 drink sufficient fluid that need for our body. It is recommended that at least 1600 mls of fluid need for our health with in 24 hours.<br />

7 protect skin from direct sun rays. It is better to apply sun block cream when you go out. <br />
<br />
8 Skip long hot showers. Hot water strips oil from the skin faster than warm water

Sudhir Basnet was a real state business man who owned the billions of loan on the name of  Oriental Housing and privet is accused of swindling billions of Nepali money  from he different bank and was living India is arrested from the home of his own at Dhapashi Kathmandu on Tuesday 11;00pm at night police  said.<br />

 He was accused of not paying the loans about 1.6 billion of amount from different 14 bank and his cooperatives.<br />
<br />
Acting Chief of Kathmandu Police Pradhyumna Karki informed that the arrest was made in compliance with the court orders from Kathmandu District Court and Bhaktapur District Court.

According to the police, Basnet was on the run and was living in India after the court judgments.<br />

It is good news for the worker who go to aboard for their work. The online system through which aspiring migrant workers will obtain work permit has come into operation from today as Minister for Labour and Employment Surya Man Gurung inaugurated the system amid a programme in the Capital on Sunday.<br />

 The system was inaugurated coinciding with the International Migrants Day.

The digital system will rid the hassles of Nepalis going for foreign employment of standing in a long queue to obtain work permit from the Department of Foreign Employment.<br />
<br />
 In this process, respective manpower companies should open their personal online accounts and have their user names and passwords, of which they have to inform the department.<br />
<br />
 After assessing details of a Nepali going for foreign employment, the department will grant work permit subsequently.

Pre-work permit will be issued online from today while final-work permit from the next week.<br />
<br />
 Meanwhile speaking at the event, Minister Gurung said he was happy to have seen the system come into operation after long efforts. He also expressed hope that the system would make foreign employment safe and decent.<br />
<br />
 Likewise, State Minister for Labour and Employment Dilip Gachchhadar thanked Switzerland Government for providing aid for launching the system.<br />
 Swiss Ambassador to Nepal Jorg Giovanni Frieden said his country has been helping in employment sectors of Nepal while pledging to continue it in the days to come.<br />

A full bench of Chief Justice Sushila Karki and Justice Govinda Kumar Upadhyaya has finally ordered the government to form the surrogacy law. They also asked the government to work on various issues that can be incorporated while forming surrogacy law.<br />

Pushpa Basnet, a social worker whose organisation rescues children living with their parents in prison, has been nominated for the CNN Super Hero title.<br />
<br />
 Basnet, founder of Early Childhood Development Center in Kathmandu, provides housing, education, medical services and meals to children forced to live with their parents in country's prison through her organisation.<br />
<br />
Basnet's organisation currently houses 37 children and provides them with regular medical check-ups, vaccinations, and enrolls them in local private school while giving them the opportunity to meet their mothers during holidays.<br />
<br />
 American television network CNN has been providing CNN Heros titles for the past decade to individuals recognising their exemplary and remarkable humanitarian work making difference in their communities.<br />
<br />
The television network is now celebrating 10 years of its campaign by announcing a CNN Super Hero from five CNN Heros through online voting.

Basnet was awarded the CNN Hero of the Year title on 2012. She will compete with the Super Hero title with Liz McCartney (2008), Efren Peñaflorida (2009), Robin Lim (2011) and Cad Pregracke (2013).<br />

Last month Ryan Jessen, 33, thought he had a migraine but was hospitalized with a ventricular brain hemorrhage and did not recover, his family said.<br />

His loved ones gathered in his hospital room to say their final goodbyes to him on November 30 and the staff even let his beloved dog Mollie bid him farewell.

Artist and singer Rudra prasad Bhattrai aged 42 died on friday at Biratnagar. He was suffering from pressure and sugar. He has acted many Nepali movie and serials.He was famous on the character's of 'Lajulam' on the comedian serial "Tito Satya".<br />
<br />
He has released  his song's album as well.He has a family including two  sons and wife. His wife is in Israel for foreign service. According to Comedian Dheepak Raj Giri, he used to say he was worried and could not do much work due to his abnormal obesity.<br />
<br />
 "Wada No 6"The super hit film is on the hall he has acted last and his song"Kalo raichhu ma pani" is recently uploaded on YouTube Channel.

There are more than 100 cancer are recognized,among them breast cancer is one that is becoming threat of women.
Usually cancer cells form a lump or tumors.The most of the  breast cancers starts in the parts of the breast tissue that are made up of glands for milk production,called lobules, and ducts that connect the lobules to the nipple where as Breast is made up of fatty,connective ,and  lymphatic tissues.<br />

While someone get starts breast cancer,a tumour may first develop in the breast lobules,where the structure that produce milk. A tumour that originates in the milk ducts may lead to paget's disease in the breast. Tumours may spread to the other organs,such as the lungs or the liver,before being detected .<br />

 YMPTOMS:<br />
It will be wiser to be careful on the symptoms of breast cancer rather than fight with the cancer later.<br />

- A painless lump in the breast.<br />

- Swelling of the skin with an ''orange peel'' appearance.<br />

- Inversion of the nipple.<br />

- Nipple discharge other than milk.<br />

4-Lasers treatment: It is the treatment using the powerful light to kill the cells.<br />
<br />
5- Blood transfusions: It is the process of replacing the blood when the body can not make it's own.<br />

6- Surgery: It can be done to prevent the cancer,if the cancerous cell has not spread other parts of body.

 It Is estimated that 83,000 MW,electricity can be generated from the entire water sources in Nepal but  half of it about 40,000 MW is considered to be technically and economically applicable. However,nearly 685 MW  has been produced till now.<br />

Recently qatar is interested to work in hydroelectricity in Nepal. According to Setopati.net a meeting was held  NCC building in Jamal between Qatar's Ambassador to Nepal Yousuf Mohammad Ahmed Mommad Al-hail and office-bearers of Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) in which Qatar envoy expressed his interest to invest in Nepal's hydropower projects.<br />

During the meeting , issues related to various areas of trade between two countries were discussed.
Talking to Setopati, Chairman of NCC Rajeshkaji Shrestha said that Qatar has shown its interest to invest in hydropower projects in Nepal.
Shrestha further said that Qatar is preparing to send a company to Nepal for holding discussions to invest in hydroelectricity.<br />

Qatar has been one of the destinations for Nepali migrant workers for foreign employment.

Gold price is declined  by Rs. 400 per tola on Wednesday.  The yellow metal is being dealt  at Rs. 53,300 per tola according to Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers' Association as Setopati.com quoted.<br />

At the same time,  the price of silver fell down by Rs. 5 and is being traded at Rs. 785 per tola.  Gold and silver sold out  at Rs. 53,700 and Rs. 790 per tola respectively On Tuesday in market.<br />
Gold price has been lessening since US dollar continued to reach its highest level.<br />

Analyst believe that Gold price has been fluctuating in the international market since Trump took his way to the White House.

As the rusult of that policies,TUTH senior orthopaedic surgeon Dr KC ended his 10th hunger strike on the 22nd day on Sunday morning.
